After having the same lay-out for quite some time (see picture), I felt it was time for a change. While I still love the Expound theme, and how clean and organised it is, it was also fun to search for a new style. 🙂 What do you think?

Vista
Beautiful vista in the Coromandel! I love how you see layer after layer in this shot. And on the right there is a tiny patch of deforested land (for commerce perhaps?). I love how the green vegetation in front of the photo frames the shot and provides a contrast with the more blueish colours ofContinueContinue reading “Vista”
Hey you, with the wind swept hair!
Here’s my shot for Cee’s Fun Photo Challenge ‘Outdoor ways to move up and down’. Sky diving was one of my ‘Bucket List Items’ and I was so excited when I finally got to do it! Stick figure
There’s something about taking a photo of wide open space with a big object in the foreground. I love how it adds depth, some sort of frame and balance to this shot.
Geological marvels
“The Moeraki Boulders are a group of large spherical “stones” on Koekohe Beach near Moeraki on New Zealand’s Otago coast. These boulders are actually concretions that have been exposed through shoreline erosion from coastal cliffs. Even today, there are still boulders remaining in the mudstone that will, eventually, fall on to the beach as theyContinueContinue reading “Geological marvels”
