Springtime in winter
Recently, I went on a walk and saw various crocuses blooming. Normally they don’t start blooming until early Spring. The mild weather is obviously confusing nature! The flowers reminded me of a walk to a local park a few years ago, when the crocuses bloomed as well (in season). I’d forgotten all about those photos! I recently found them, as I went through my extensive photo archive. I thought I’d share them as the current weather really reminds me of those early, crisp Spring days.
Here in England, we’ve had snowdrops and daffodils pushing through the ground – nature is certainly a little confused. Lovely photo 🙂

Thank you! Yep, nature is confused indeed. At least now it’s getting colder here, a bit more of what I’d expect in January 😉

Aren’t they pretty. I always look forward to the bulbs coming up and flowering in springtime.
