Golden sand beaches

Abel Tasman N.P. is one of my favourite areas in New Zealand. Beautiful blue water, lush forests and golden beaches. It’s such a beautiful area and I highly recommend it to anyone going to New Zealand! I took this photo on my second trip. I booked a sailing trip on a catamaran. The weather that day wasn’t as beautiful as I remember from the first time and we had a bit of rain (luckily while we were having a lunch break and not while we were on the boat!). Still, it was wonderful being in this amazing part of the country again! And the beaches are so beautifully golden and importantly: not polluted! I’d go back to Abel Tasman N.P. in a heartbeat! 🙂

Do you know of a place with beautiful beaches?

  1. The three great elemental sounds in nature are the sound of rain, the sound of wind in a primeval wood, and the sound of outer ocean on a beach. 🙂
