Collingwood is a small town in the northwest of the South Island of New Zealand. The Golden Bay area is known for its laid-back atmosphere and Collingwood is no exception. The town knows only a few streets and a few shops, so it doesn’t take long to explore. Being right on the beach, I simply had to walk along the shore line. Shells, oystercatchers, rocks and these wooden poles. I’m not sure what purpose these poles once served, but they surely make for a nice photo or two. I love the beach, I love coast lines. If I could, I’d live on a waterfront with pretty views like these!
